I also authorize the disclosure of necessary information to authorized personnel for the purpose of determining my eligibility for financial aid. While recognizing that I am not legally obligated to do so and that my ability to contribute will depend on the circumstances of my life, I acknowledge my responsibility to replenish the fund by making a contribution in an amount equal to or greater than the amount I have received if I am able to do so. I understand that the amount awarded is to be held confidential and that disclosure by myself or family members to others will necessitate returning the award to the BYU Jerusalem Center. I understand that students who have the extra funds for extended travel to Europe or to other locations immediately following this program are not eligible to receive an award and will be required to return the funds.
